It was clean and family-friendly place, had excellent location and staff. Next to an underground station, an easy walk to a market and a convenience shop. Also, hotel was 10 minutes drive from a cyprus-wood castle. Restaurant was excellent, it had simple dishes.

Bright room with kitchenette, perfect location next to subway station. Shimogyo Ward district won't disappoint you. The whole experience was really great, no complaint, recommend.

Absolutely fabulous hotel close to a tube station. Personnel were so consistently courteous and gave us loads of advice. Queen studio had a microwave, an individual safe and an iron, facilities worked for us. We appreciated a continental breakfast.

The location was handy, the public spaces were tidy and the staff was FABULOUS. We had non-smoking room that was cleaned and available with kitchenette and a sofa sleeper. Location not far from the center of Kyoto and Gojo station and Nishiki market.

Food and location were fine, I had a fabulous stay. It was a calm area, a right place for me. I greatly enjoyed a nice decor and comfortable furniture. Nice interior, magnificent restaurant.

the room was neat, and the staff was really obliging, the beds were cozy. hotel was fairly clean. the breakfast was substantial and food was high quality. there was an affordable restaurant, shopping centre and supermarket next door. apart from that, a historic wooden castle was 5 minutes away by driving.

My stay was fantastic and I will be back. I liked top location and how the place is exceptionally clean. The staff were eager to help. The restaurant had hot food. Friendly check-in was a bonus.
